• It’s The Supreme Court Stupid

Biden’s debate performance on Friday night left much to be desired, sparking concerns among Democrats about his ability to effectively campaign, any way more importantly, be a President for four more years.  Despite the lackluster showing, which stumbling speech and lapses in coherence, there’s no immediate indication of any significant changes to Biden’s campaign strategy or status as the presumptive Democratic nominee.

However, all eyes should be on tomorrow’s critical Supreme Court decision on Presidential immunity. This ruling could potentially have far-reaching implications for the political landscape, particularly concerning former Trump’s legal challenges. Until this decision is handed down, it’s unlikely we’ll see any major shifts or announcements from either camp.

The Democratic establishment, while acknowledging Biden’s debate shortcomings, appears to be holding steady for now. Key figures like Jim Clyburn and Nancy Pelosi continue to rally behind Biden, emphasizing his integrity and accomplishments. Nevertheless, the upcoming Supreme Court ruling may well be a pivotal moment that could influence the trajectory of both campaigns moving forward. T-minus 24hrs.
